Education about Trees in Benicia
The Benicia Tree Foundation seeks to establish community wide awareness of the importance of trees, the benefits of trees, proper tree care, and urban forest priorities. Several priorities we have established include:
- Educating the public on the value of trees in our community, the trees that grow well here, and how to maintain them.
- Establishing a monthly newsletter.
- Utilize social marketing to promote tree education & training
